THOUGHTS & ACTIONS FOR A NEW YEAR...
Challenge: Reuse. Recycle. Repurpose. For example, many of us personally, and in our congregations, drink a lot of coffee. Find a way to reuse/repurpose the coffee cans. As children, we may have used these large coffee cans for holding our toys. Today, we may use them for storage of nails or screws. Or, we may use them as planters for our favorite indoor/outdoor plants. Use contact paper or paint to decorate the outside of the can, use the lid on the bottom to protect surfaces and voila, the perfect planter!
“Come, therefore, let us enjoy the good things that exist, and make use of the creation to the full as in youth.” Wisdom of Solomon 2:6
